CNC Machinist - 5 axis

Summary:

Under the supervision of CNC department head, the incumbent will program, set up and run CNC machines to prepare parts to the specifications for ongoing projects.

Job Terms:

Permanent, Full Time, shift rotation

Responsibilities:

Program, set up and run CNC machines
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Work with limited supervision while staying on task to meet strict deadlines
- Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

- Solid 5- axis CNC experience
- WorkNC and Powermill knowledge is an asset
- Availability to work afternoon shift
- Strong computer skills, MS applications savvy
- Willingness and ability to learn required control software
- Ability to multi-task, while paying attention to detail
