Program Manager

Summary:

The Program Manager is responsible for managing program activities by collaborating with a cross-functional teams and providing technical support to customers from concept through life of the program for all ongoing projects.

Job Terms:

Permanent, Full Time

Responsibilities:

- Develop and create quotes for jobs
- Assist account managers to administer and review sales contracts
- Promote and maintain existing accounts
- Provide technical expertise to support the design and manufacturing teams with ongoing projects
- Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

- Computer skills: Proficient in Microsoft office suite, ability to operate / navigate part design using CAD design software
- Proficiency in reading engineering designs and GD&T
- Availability to work extended hours
- Valid Driver’s License/Passport, ability to travel
- Ability to multi-task, pay attention to detail and meet tight deadlines
- Ability to delegate tasks and direct others appropriately
- Accountable, takes ownership and responsibility for their work
- Strong written and verbal skills to communicate with all levels of the organization and external stakeholders.
- Prior experience in tool making, technical sales or another related field is an asset
- Basic knowledge of fixtures, gauges is an asset
