Truck Driver

Summary:

Under supervision of shipping and receiving coordinator the incumbent will be responsible for preparation of the shipments, receiving material deliveries, and delivery assignment.

Job Terms:

Permanent, Full Time.

Responsibilities:

• Material Handling tasks
• Load and unloading shipments
• Packaging and strapping shipments for delivery
• Picking up or delivering goods from or to the customers
• Managing shipment documents
• Completing DOT logbook

Qualifications:

• Clean driving record
• Pass a DOT Physical
• Organization and control of incoming and outgoing product
• Must be able to follow simple directions and work well with others
• Upkeep and general cleaning of shop area
• Availability to lift heavy objects up to 50 lbs.
• Fork lift experience preferred but not necessary. Onsite training will be provided
• High school diploma/ GED equivalent
