Summary:

The incumbent will handle supplies and parts inventory and fill job materials ordered.

Job Terms:

Permanent, Full Time, Steady Afternoon shift

Responsibilities:

• Maintain all supplies in order
• Hand out tools to employees as needed
• Fill job material/item requirements
• Effectively communicate with shop and engineering personnel
• Verify receipts and packaging slips
• Perform periodic and year- end inventory counts
• Facilitate shipping/receiving of materials
• May assist with local deliveries, as required
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Sound knowledge of computer systems and MS applications
• Ability to quickly learn new software/ Knowledge of purchasing software is an asset
• Excellent customer service skills is a must
• Experience working in tooling/manufacturing environment is an asset
• Good attention to detail
• Ability to multi-task and work  effectively with minimal supervision
